10.30pm Monday night Bulgarian time.
Been snowing now non stop since 1pm yesterday.
New snow approximately 15 inches so far and still no sign of it letting up.

Snow forecast sites still showing 1cm of snow was going to fall today

Someone there need to look outside their window
