6cm would be nice but looking at the skidvd webcam it looks more like 0.6cm, was there 2 weeks ago and it needed at least 60cm for any skiing on the rila side, with no snow due again this week I think Bulgaria had had its day, we (a party of 12) have been for the last three years, with the last two dredful on the snow front, if you had snow you could put up with the service and overcharging, but when there is non and you have to wait 80 mins for the slow gondala in borovets and when you get to the top and if you are a beginner (thank god I am not) and there is one green run to learn on and the drag lift queue is as half the length of the run with a 20min waiting time......well its either give up or expand....whats it to be Bulgaria.
Stop pocketing the money and reinvest some of it, like France, Austria and other do, then in 10 years you may have some customers left to overcharge
