75p a pint in boro . can you better this

thats how much i was paying for a pint in the alpina bar . apres ski from 5 through to 7 .. (and yes i know you can buy a pint in thailand for 22 p )....boro/ bansko/pamps Razz

I paid 1.20 levs in Bansko yesterday , but the other day i bought 2 beers and a lemonade for 1.80 levs.

the very cheap one was in the bar next door to the bus station. The 1.20 is in the residential area, near the old town.

But even in a mehana i only pay 1.50 levs . that is the Gusoka, good food there too.

Why to pay 75p per pint?
Why don't you go to the most obscure peasant local store and buy yourself a third quality, date expired, beer for only a couple of pennies ?
Are you going on a vacation, or on a money saving mission?

maria some people go to Bulgaria for the cheaper prices to suit smaller budgets.

With that attitude you'd be right at home in Switzerland or France Very Happy
