AM I TOO SOFT?????

As it is nearly Xmas I decided to make all my admin staff a cup of tea today.
Do you think this is a bit OTT and am I going soft???

Well, it's the least I could do, and they were very pleased.
How many other bosses would do that for their staff at Xmas I wonder!!!!!!

Call me a generous old git, but they deserved something special.

no you are not. My boss makes us tea whenever he has time to . We all share the work load on the tea and coffee duties.
Si i suggest making a new year res to improve on this.

You only made them tea - my boss takes me over to the restaurant and buys me a hot chocolate (no brandy) and gets himself a latte.

You're not going soft - it's just the thought that there may be snow this week.

Tea? You should have them chained to their chairs like galley slaves and pay someone to crack a whip over their heads whenever they look up from their keyboards.
Don't think my boss has EVER even thought about bringing me a cuppa tea but that may have something to do with the fact that he's 6000 miles away....
