Acvice from the Ladies please

Ladies of the board, I have a problem that some one out there must be able to help with.
My sons girlfriend, 21, is petite and is finding getting trousers/ salopetes to fit. We have traveled the East Midlands near and far to no avail. Too long is the main problem, she is about 5 foot tall, about a size 14 any ideas?

Distance not an issue, only 5 weeks to go before they get thier xmas present, so Daddy is a little nervous if you know what I mean.

re: Acvice from the Ladies please

sure you will have done this already but ring snow and rock and ask them if they have a style that is quite short, if they are a "little" long the ski boots will only allow them to go as far as the ankle if the bottoms have the press stud fastening thingy, just walking to and from the slopes will be the problem in normal foot gear.

try to find a pair with little detail on the bottom and have them altered? they won't alter the inner lining with the elastic bottoms but would easily shorten ...

re: Acvice from the Ladies please

Just got my Girlfriend a pair of "Betty Rides" sallopettes from TK Max. She's also about 5ft. They fit her pretty well, no probs with length. They're very nice, all the pockets / zips / buttons / gaiters you'd need and stylish. Paid £40. Just found their website for you: check out the gear, get to TKMax!

I was in TK Maxx last week, and they had loads of ski wear and very very very very reasonably priced. Or do you have a Trespass outlet near you?

A bit long isn't too much of a problem, knees bent and all that, most of us just roll them up, the elastic inner keeps them out of the wet when walking pavenments Confused
