Advice please

Firstly, can someone tell me why my last message dissapeared? Anyway it asked if anyone knew if the Perun Hotel in Bansko had irons in the rooms as I am off there tomorrow, and don' really want to iron all me tee-shirts etc berfore I go.

Also, an advice on some great eating and drinking places would be much appreciated.

I doubt it, sometimes you get a laundry room in the hotels but best take a travel iron just in case

just rang Terry Thomson and he says at a push you can use his travel iron just see him in the Perun if you are desparate

Please, please someone come back and tell me they have an iron in the rooms, I have heard it's a great hotel and would be surprised if they don't. Not just for me, other half's shirts, which a travel iron just won't do for.

sorry but Terry says he doubts it, I stayed in the Lion which is just as psoh and no iron in that room they have an ironing service so the maid would take them and iron them for you for a very small fee...

Am staying at Perun now. There are NO irons in the rooms...but it's still a fab hotel - if only they'd turn the heating down it'd be even better

If you get a taxi to the Lion, make sure you say the Lion pub as otherwise they will take you to the Lion hotel and charge you double to take you back to the Lion Pub - so I'm told!

Amigos is a good bar to go to, especially if you like a cocktail or two!
