All packed and ready to go

Right then thats me sorted all packed and ready to go on my little trip to Canada. Will miss the board might try and have a look in when I am on my cruise in a couple of weeks, just to make sure you are all behaving yourselves.
Just about to leave to do my last job picking people up from Heathrow. No more getting up at 4 am in the bloody morning to take people to the airport. 3 weeks of bliss YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Well start tomorrow flying into Calagary spend 3 nights there. Then drive into the Rockies to stay in Banff for 5 nights. Get the Rocky Mountaineer train down to Vancouver(2days) Spend 6 nights in Vancouver and then board The Norwegian Sun for a weeks cruise up to Alsaka! To say I am excited is an understatment!

There is a huge choice of restaurants in Banff, some are over shops. Tommys is a good bar as is the Irish Bar. Which hotel are you in?

Caribou lodge. Seems to be loads of good places to eat. Must try Grizzlys as they do rattesnake, Alligator, ostrich and shark!!!

We stayed in Carlton Cedar next door but used the bar at the Caribou every night when we got back from the slopes. Looks a very nice hotel.

This sounds an exciting trip especially the cruise to Alaska. I hope you manage to see some polar bears.
I have never been to Canada but its on my list. Mind you I've got a long list.

You must go Cathy for the skiing one day. Not cheap but superb conditions and 3 separate areas to ski. Also dog sledding is a must. Brilliant fun.
