No, don't think that I did criticise the yanks for there eletricity consumption, my criticism was the method of producing the electricity. Bit of a difference.
We have DTI guide lines for Carbon emission for new buildings, unlike United States and the snozone falls well within the strict regulations.
So I will be enjoying my giant fridge skiing all the more next weekend might even waste some more electricity recharge my ipod and use that at the same time.....

NO! Cuz I turn all my sockets off even the kettle, after use, I recycle, I take my own reusable bags to the supermarket, I have a Toyota Pirus hybrid car which I use at the weekend, I bike to work, I buy british only Organic produce, I have solar panels on my balcony that provide 45% of my electricity, I never use aerosols. I have a life long membership to green peace, I am moving to a tree house, I spend my weekends planting trees,I plan to bath once a month and pant myself green ...

take it you are building your tree house from all reclaimed wood as would'nt want you chopping any pf the trees you have planted down,
