Hi,I'm thinking about it, maybe sept, would like to have alook at how appartment is coming on and get round the area by car before the snow comes.
How are you planning to get there in summer months?

We are flying into Sofia, staying in Pamps for a couple of days then driving up to Black Sea coast.re: Anybody going to Pamps in the summer?
Same here Debs, when you going?We head out on the 15th July and will stay in Pamps for a couple of days before heading to St Vlas. Then 4 weeks later will return via Pamps.

The big hotels are open so there are bars etc, the spas in the hotels are open if you want pampering. Do you have an apartment there Deb?re: Anybody going to Pamps in the summer?

What are your requirements? There are so many. We purchased in The Castle which is ski in ski out and just off the main road that snakes around the mountain towards Smolyan. There are quite a lot of new builds going up and i think you are smart getting in reletivly early.
I have some friends who have purchased in The Castle after i reccomended it to them and i have futher friends who purchased in Evridika Hills which is next door.

The prices were all inclusive of furniture, vat and they preffered the agents there.
