If so any advice and help appriciated. Can't find much on this website to detail what actually happens, payments, transfer pickups, ski passes and equipment hire etc.

I have booked a couple of times with Bulgariaski.com, proper name is Profi Tours.
I emailed my requests direct to Maria who is the local rep, and she looked after everything.
I paid my deposit (flights were paid in full) and paid the remainder on arrival in resort.
On arrival we were met by our driver and escorted to Pamporovo, arriving in Pamps we were met by the lovely Maria, shown to our rooms and told to report to the ski depot 2 the following morning, by way of the ski bus.

Then she always met us after the first day of skiing for the final payment!

Thank for the help. Good to know the system works. Just a little strange paying when you arrive, but hey not every country works the same. Going to Boro, so guess will not meet the 'lovely Maria'.

re: Anyone here booked through BulgariaSki?

Booked a couple of weeks ago with Bulgaria Ski. Hotel /Transfer and ski passes etc.

Did it all by email, they send you a form which you fax back. Great prices. The person I contacted was Martin in the Sofia office. Very helpful

Sorry to disappoint you but the lovely Maria works in Pamps Wink no doubt there will be some other BG/ski rep who is equally wonderful!
