last time i was in pamorovo was in early march 2005. Ques wern't bad and the other people i was with had been skiing in france the year before and had said the ques there were really bad.
maybe if you went in march that might releive the ques in february a bit!

we,ve been to pamporovo for the last five years at xmas and last year had the cheek to go and ask in the orlovetz what the rooms were like!!The manager must have been in a good mood(or bored!)and he toos us up to see the rooms and suites. The rooms are about the size you'd expect but were beautifully laid out and really warm. We've booked it up for this christmas as we felt the hotel pamp. has def. gone downhill in the last couple of visits.there was hardly any difference in price and you're ...

Went to the Orlovetz last year, lovely hotel, no complaints, however absolutely no atmoshere, more like a business hotel which I can visit the rest of the year.

Most schools are on half term from 10th to 17th of Feb next year, the 17th on should be a bit quieter. We were there half term week last year and apart from the queue at the bottom for the three man chair it wasn't too bad. have seen worse in france and Italy.

Karen
depends on area some have 10th to 17th others have the 17th onwards, dont know where your from but my daughters at school in nottinghamshire breaks up the 10th, in Lincolnshire and derbyshire it seems to be 17th, Feb half term always differs from area to area.

re: Are the lifts busy at pamp

The Feb half term has only differed across counties over the last two years (I work in education and liase with other LEAs). Fortunately for those with the second half terms, travel agents haven't cottoned on and the second week is considerably cheaper, it was this year and is next too. My area half term is the 10th, so I have had to pay the higher amount again.
