Yes you need to take your boots off before going into the hotel.
Yes there are loads of bulgarian bars nearby give us a shout closer to the time as I will have try more out by then.
Yes you leave your boots at the depot.
and I'm pretty sure you can go into the bar in your boots

I hope I have left anything out if so just holler.

PS It's a good hotel with some great facilities
