we were last year and breakfest was poor, the rooms were ok , but at the reception it was cold and you have to put the temp. in the room at max. so that your room will be warm. I asked for the price in the hotel and they told me that the whole room for 3persons is abot 60lev per night?!
I paid a travellagency about 20euros per night per person. If you want a normal room after skiing then it is ok.There is nearby a good hotel with swimmingpool "Hotel Bulgaria" but the price is also good ...

I paid a travellagency about 20euros per night per person. If you want a normal room after skiing then it is ok.There is nearby a good hotel with swimmingpool "Hotel Bulgaria" but the price is also good about 45euros per person per night. You can go there swimming for about 5 euros and using jakuzzi.
But the food in the town is very cheap. For three persons normaly portions is about 12-15euros.
have a nice holliday.
Thanks for that... we only really want a bed to go to at night..... and were just having bed and breakfast, as the food is so cheap. Can you tell me are the rooms clean, and is there a gym to use there like its says! and a sauna?
The rooms are clean but if you want them to be warm you have to put the termostat to maximum or it wil be cold at nights.last year there was a gym.but were not in condition to use it because we were to tired after a realy good skiing.
I think there is a sauna but we went to hotel bulgaria for swimming(7euros for adult)
so there was not time for sauna in karol.
The breakfast was poor but you can pay extra to get something else or you can go 20m down the street and buy(it is realy cheap) ...

I asked for the prices for ski cards. For foreigners is about 135euros and 80 for children, but if you can organize to buy a card from the travellagency like we did it costs only 90 euros for adults and 55 for children.
We have got the holiday as a package, I'm having intermediate lessons and my girlfriend is having beginners lessons so the overall holiday was quite cheap.
Were really looking forward to our first skiing holiday in Bansko, my girlfriend is excited as its her first time skiing.
One more question is do i have to take a travel kettle with me or are they supplied in the room?
Thanks
