Morning All,
Well I hate to say it but the predicted snow did not fall...
Down in Samokov there was nothing at all and in the base of the reosrt it is raining this morning rather than snowing. There was some snow last night towards the top but only a very small amount and nothing like predicted.
The gondola is only open up to the mid-station today due to high winds - which is the first time it has been affected closed all season.
It is also very misty up yop which normally ...

Weird, we have ???... a bit wet, but still big flakes covering everything... Been snowing now for 2 hours...

While we appreciate the truth so you must keep it coming it is not what we want to hear. Toms snow dancing must be slowing down if we are getting rain instead of snow. Looking forward to seeing you both on the 28th or it may be the 29th if me and SP are too tired to make it out when we arrive as it will be past our bed time of 10 oclock. What days are the bansko runs being done as I think the 5 of us will want to go while we are there.Best Wishes dbut

Sorry - should have also said the 3 Yastrebets runs are all open and still in great condition.Over on the Rila side, Sitnyakovo 3 is closed again as is the Rila black (no 4) but everything else is open - Rila reds are also skiing very well, Sitnyakovo slopes aren't in such good condition but they are still skiable as is George's run (Royal Express way).
Can we have some of the Bansko snow please....??

Just started snowing in the resort albeit it lightly...will update you as the day goes on...
