I never wanted to ski, but my wife did, she finally wore me down and now I'm more hooked than she is. Who needs sangria anyway.

ok, so whats the local drink ?. like to do my bit for the culture.
other way in are house,
kids can't wait but i'm just worried about what we'll all wear,

Well done it's good to here that you are hooked. My wife and two boys first skied in 03. They are all hooked and better than me. Hope to here from you next season

We just stuck to wine and beer ( both cheap ) but loads of it. One of our ski school group drunk the local liquer which was very nice, sweet and potent can't remember name but she looked rough on the slopes next morning.
Hotels and bars are warm and we made the mistake of only taking jumpers .etc. needed some t-shirts as well for night. Although need warm jacket (ski-jacket will do ) for getting from A to B.

the local beer is Zagorka,very nice on draught but its quite strong but nothing to say how strong,wife liked the hot wine ,bit syruppy though and she also liked the hot chocolate with brandy
