BOROVETS CONDITIONS UPDATE - 14TH JANUARY

Hi All,
Not much to report that's any different from yesterday BUT, last night there was another 3cm of snow at the top of the gondola - not enough to open any new runs but helping with longevity of the pistes. It is also snowing at the very top at the moment, but the snow is of the very fine type - ie: the one where it doesn't even amount to anything but will update you on this later if there is any more.
Exactly the same runs are open - it is quite cold, misty and the conditions of ...

Dont listen to me, I havent a clue (wipes tear from eye)!I thought slushy was negative?

If it was sunny, hot out then it owuld be really negative. What I was trying to say is that it is a little bit slushy on the lower slopes making it easier for beginners as they're the ones that use these slopes.BTW all local forecasts - TV & Radio (not the ones you guys look at) have all changed to snow next week - again, take it with a pinch of salt, but I think the snow will come for SP & Dbooo - we can't wait to get them with their head torches on doing a lock-in....

Will post next week and see where people want to meet and which day and we'll be there!!We may have to go somewhere else though as I don't think we'll all fit in Titanic next week as there's too many people!!

Hi Kas, Dessy told me you popped by Villapark yesterday. sorry i had been awake for 22 hours so just had a few drinks and went to bed at 1700.apparently dessy called me but i didnt hear my phone. just going for an afternoon skid on rila. will have to bump into again soon.
