Hi All,

I haven't done a proper update recently as mega mega busy at work, it's getting towards the end of the season and the forum is pretty quiet...but to allay any fears you may have, we now have the best conditions of the season.

It has snowed on and off since Saturday and there is lots of fresh snow on the mountain. Yesterday was beautiful blue skies and sunshine, followed by more snow in the evening, through the night and so far, all day today. Down in Samokov, the snow is constant, but pretty light, up the mountain it is slightly heavier.

The conditions on the Markudjik / yastrebets slopes are said to be fantastic, although it is a bit misty and cold. It is forecast to snow for the rest of the day and then all day, Wednesday and Thursday again. The Rila slopes are also in very good condition, with 10cm or so of fresh powder and the really great 'soft snow' rather than the recent ice / slush that we have had.

For anyone not on their way out, there are loads and loads of cheap deals going in the resort, so if you need any help getting prices etc, then just let me know and we can ask around.
