Hi all
We have just arrived back on a freelance holiday from Borovets.First time my family and myself have been.We were not impressed with the resort of the accomadation.
We stayed at the Rila Studios.The rooms were very basic and not up to our expectations.Maids did not clean the room properly as my wife left " tests" etc..When I went to complain they all just sat in a little room smoking-i kicked up a fuss and in the end had to get the hotel manager to sort it out.Only which she ...

Went to many of the Restaurants I fould the only goodish one was " Katy's steak house".As the others tend to involve a lot of drinking and shouting etc..

Back to western europe or the states/canada next year then. Does your wife leave test there as well.Maybe if you didn't leave "dirt" tests the rooms would be clean!

you enjoyed then, maybe you should concentrate less on details and more on having a good time, you must of missed out on so much no wounder you did not enjoy

I must agree that katys is the best place to eat out, lovely steaks!!
But come on, surely we all go away to enjoy ourselves, where ever I've been I could easily point out faults and anything else that wasnt up to my expectations. You just get on with it and enjoy yourself.

My wife once left a "Test", i never took her away again! (its been fun since then!)
seriously of course there are faults, there are allways faults unless you pay top whack, but what do you expect for the price in such a developing country?
There was nothing that affected the enjoyment of our stay, I even made the beds each morning and kept the room tidy to try and limit the amount of work the poor underpaid maids had to do! (left them a nice tip though cos they seemed ...

I think I'll leave a "test" to see if my missus cleans the house while I'm in Boro next week. Probably not but I won't care I'll be enjoying the Skiing!!!!J

Same as me mate the week later!, there again she allways fully tets me when i get back! (if you know what I mean!, and quizes the kids since they mentioned ladys of the night after hearing about them on this site!). Oh here she is having a look at what I am writting, ...Its Ok she says Im safe for the 13th still!Cant wait!

Don't know if I want to go back now after andy's report!!Don't know if three lads will be able to cope if our rooms havn't been cleaned when we come back from the slopes.
