Just a warning for anyone who's flying from Edinburgh with Balkan Holidays.We've just been told we'll have a touch down at Humberside Airport on the way out.
We've no change on the way back, so I guess that the Humberside people will have a touch down at Edinburgh Airport on the way back.
Can anyone who is flying to Plovdiv (and going to Pamps) from Humberside let me know what your expected time of arrival was in resort, as I guess this is now our time of arrival too.

I believe my travel agent was informed this morning, so I will get the formal letter from Balkan in the post tomorrow.The annoying thing is that, had we had known, my brother could have booked his flight/ holiday from humberside instead of driving up to come with us from Edinburgh and we'd have still arrived/left together!

why not get his flight transfered, surely if his bum is already booked on a seat there should'nt be a problem, then again it is balkan. I have used them for years always a hiccup but don't let it get you down at the most its an extra few ours on your hols

Actually we're taking off from Edinburgh at the same time.I think the diversion will probably mean that we'll be about an hour and a half later in Pamps than we should've been.
My brother can drive up to us! This will be the first time in something like forteen years of holidays together that I won't be the one doing the travelling!

We are flying from Humberside on 5.2.06 & have had our flights put back approx 1.5 hrs. The travel agent told me the flight times for coming back but I didn't get chance to write them down and she said we won't get a letter it will just be on our tickets. As far as I can remember we were leaving about an hour later from the resort on 12.2.06 but I can't remember our time home being much later than it was supposed to be so who knows what they're up to.

last year Humberside & Newcastle were joined together seems this year Newcastle & manchester are teamed together we are also travelling 5th Feb to pamps Manchester flight picking up at newcastle on way out but it is direct to Newcastle on return on 12thI knew flight changed from Balkan but got this up date off Balkan web site by putting different flight date and info there for whole of season Believe 2 school hol weeks flights either way direct for newcastle & manchester

Just got my tickets. I fly from Humberside on 15 January leaving at 15.05 getting into Plovdiv at 20.15 ( remember to take off the 2 hour time difference for the flight duration). 3hrs 10 minsOn the way back we take off from Plovdiv at 11.30 and after a trip to bonny Scotland we get back to Humberside at 14.15 (remember to add on the 2 hour time difference for the flight duration). 4 hrs 45mins
I've never been to Scotland before so I look forward to meeting some of you on the plane.
