Yeah I only booked the other one 'cos it was so cheap! Who knows, they still might be obliged to provide the holiday at that price since according to trading standards a contract is already in place.A mate and 2 of my partner's work colleagues have booked too (separately) and they've not heard anything. Funny that really since my initial phone call from Balkrap was hours ago!

I had a problem with Thompson after I had booked my holiday with them but it was sorted and Thompson gave me a free lift pass worth £51. After all it was their mistake!It helps knowing your consumer rights.

I paid 120 quid all in. The hotel and flights should have been £299 but they were on the site for £29 - LOL..........It's their fault for hiring a zoo monkey to input some numbers.

nice price...I know a guy who bought a digital camera of the net and the price was £25 just like you the O was missing....He got the camera for £25

Marked prices, inlcuding web prices are "offer to treat", ie an ivititation to buy, seller is not obliged to sell. There are hundreds f these misatkes on the web every day, few people get them at the wrong price, the vendor is perfectly entitled to refuse the booking. Mistakes do happen, you have to look at it reasonably.
HOWEVER - if they have taken your money that is contract, and they are legally obliged to supply the goods at the price. If they do not ...

I think that what you are doing is an absolute disgrace! Typical British mentality. Instead of being honest and pointing out a genuine mistake you try to exploit it.Balkan is a Bulgarian Company! Have you been to Bulgaria Beofre?? Have you seen how strict the borders are??
