Thank you for that. I sent balkan an email, they've just phoned and gone through the booking details and are arranging refund of 5% of this year's cost Smile

Hi Joe,

Thanks for the info, I've just rung Balkan and they have said they will refund to my credit card the 5% refund. I booked on the web and recieved an on-line booking discount so this makes it even better value. Nice one.

I thought this might be a wind-up! But just phoned up and was told no problem-£80 coming back to me. Whilst she was telling me this - I could hear in the background the same conversation going on with someone else-thanks for the TIP!

As Joff said.Its only for package holidays and only for winter holidays(you need to have had winter package last year and this year with them), not summer holidays. Smile

Called Balkan Tuesday, refund in bank Thursday, thanks Joe. If you went last year and are going again this year and not travelled yet they are happy to give you the loyalty bonus.

I am just passing on the info, Balkan handed it to me without prompting, great we all get a little back for going with Balkan again, after all the poor reports on this forum.
