i went with balken to the summer resorts no real compliants, planes were a bit old and there was no in flight emtertainment unless you count the triple act of my daughter and the two children behind us put on, that keep the flight more than happy!!!!!!!!! the staff on the flight were realy good better than most uk flights and they were on time both ways, cant comment on what they are like at the ski resorts but when i was in pamps at christmas the balken lot seemed to get there skis and everything sorted quicker than us (we were with thompsons)

Would agree with Sams comments - the cabib crew on Balkan still see their job as a glamourous one, and really do look after you. Flights are ususally pretty good, and the resort teams are very experienced. Been to Pamps twice with Balkan and would have no hesitation to recommend them as the Bulgarian holiday experts. Their head office in London is also very easy to deal with if you do have any queries or complaints. They may not be quite as slick as the other operators, but then that quirkiness is what you expect from Bulgaria1
