Thank you so much for the quick responses and advice. Went to Pamporovo two years ago and loved it. We can't decide what to do. We think (maybe incorrectly) that Bansko is more reliable for snow. We are flexible on dates on or after 28 Feb. We got married 29 Feb last year, so this is our anniversary trip!!

Are having trouble finding the kind of deals we got two years ago in Pamporovo though. I suppose that is to be expected. We are not wealthy, but we are not poor either. Just finding that balance I guess.

Any suggestions are greatly welcomed.

Well you may have read on the board that this year Pamps has suffered the most with lack of snow though I gather that has perked up now. Personally for me it will always be Bansko - and I openly admit to not having tried Pamps - always fancied a look there as it does sound nice but am used to Bansko - I like what I get there and I do think it is the more snow secure out of the 3 resorts. I am sure others will have a different view but that is mine. Recommend the place just bear in mind with building works going on a lot of people say it is not a 'pretty resort' but I think the old town and the mehanas are superb and have never had a bad time there.
