Its snowing now - well a dusting at least. What is currently there plus the snow machines is more than enough (except for the off piste - I've already dinged my new skis) and by 3rd I would imagine all runs will be open

Chalin Valog opened today and is the best piste on the mountain as well as being deserted. Ulen only part pisted the rest of the place, leaving several runs blocked by mounds of crud from the snow machines which was both stupid and disappointing. Hopefully they'll clear it tonight as the resort badly needs more runs open and all of the lifts - its rammed to the gills, mostly with Greeks. We're still waiting for the two top drags and the two high speed chairs that feed Platoto to get started ...

My advice would be to get up early, start on the Tomba and Todorka runs, move across to the blues as the sun thaws the crud and then finish on Chalin Valog before getting back to the spa before the screaming horde of the Greek nation descends upon you and nicks all the towels.

CAme back yesterday and it has snowed all day every day since Xmas day, all but one run was open yesterday and the snow was brill but freezing cold at the top
