Bansko 1st March

Off to Bansko 1st March with my best mate never been to Bugaria anyone got any tips?(Apart from not eating yellow snow) Also what is the snow like as it does not seem to be dumping much?Oh and finally anyone else going then?

We're out same day, can't wait! went last year too, had a great time. The snow will be fine should get some more on the 12th going by the forecast, and there is way more than last year and the skiing was fine all week. As for tips, try the local food, they don't do english food all that well but there local dishes are amazing. Make sure you try the flaming chicken kebabs!!!

yeah big group of us heading out on that day as well, first time in bansko have always gone to borovets, but have heard good things about bansko snow seem to be better, catch you guys on the flip side

Me and my mate are there 28th Feb to 5th March (he has his own apartment)

Make srue you try the Freidnly Bar part of Furtuna hotel complex not far from gondola station in town (down the hill from gondola and right at the 1st traffic lights)

It's usually pretty lively and they have a live duo (The Snow Dogs) on every night till late.

out on the 1st looking at the skidvd webcam tonight, sad I know its dark it looks like it is snowing, on the met forcaste says light snow showers until next tuesday.

The Friendly bar is going to get crowded!
Must speak to the dogs to get the best table reserved!

Will see you around, actually you can probably spot us, I'll be the only Chinaman with a White guy partying in Bansko!
