Bansko question??

Dear all

Anybody give any views on the Hotel Stezhite ( or something like ) in Bansko?

Could be the Failsworth 60's target for 2005.

Comments welcome.

re: Bansko question??

Has though been banished from the land of Pamporovo?

'Tis indeed a sad day that you yearn to venture to a new land in search of your pleasure.

Take heed, and ponder for a while over the joys of Pamporovo that you cast aside with such folly.

Lady Pamps wil indeed be saddened by your absence, and the kingdom of Pamporovo will be poorer with this news you bring.

Good location (next to Gondola so no ski buses)
HAs a popular 10 pin bowling alley
The reps live there

That's everything I know about it Confused

re: Bansko question??

Hi,

We go out to Bansko to stay in the Strazhite hotel on 13th march - will provide report when I get back if anyone is interested.

Both are complete beginners, so should be fun.

re: Bansko question??

We've booked. No baths as I found out?

Search the site, but try various spellings of Strazhite (not even Balkan can decide how to spell it). There have been several postings. ONLY Balkan booking it, Neilson have removed it from their list. (I think they got the price wrong)

Sir Pete

Tis with a heavy heart that I post this news, that my loyal underlings have taken it upon thy selves to venture to pastures new in the form of Bansko.

Lord Lewis will lead the Failsworth 60 on the crusade to the promised land.

Pamps will always have a place in my regal heart.

To quote Lord Swartzenegger of Austria " I'll be back"

re: Bansko question??

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the strazhite hotel and found it very nice and new. The brochures have pictures of the old hotel which is a 3* but its now actually a 4*, it was totally rebuilt.
