I was in Bansko last week, hotel Orphay was excellent, slopes well prepared, the only horror was every morning by gondola, I can´ t imagine, when all hotels which are now beeing built will be ready, how will all the people come to the slopes...re: Bansko veni,vidi...

there will be new slopes as well. Do not know more than this.

The slopes are not 100% full. When you get up the gondola (finally), there are minimal queue's for the lifts.

Hi DJWe are staying at the Orphey on Saturday. Do they have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and whats the food like. Any info would be helpful

The slopes are not 100% full that is utter tosh. The reason they where busy last week is because you went in Half term.re: Bansko veni,vidi...
ORPHEY
Tea and coffe making facilities are not in the room, but never mind, you can have many drinks in the lobby bar.
We had only breakfest = planty of food and drinks, fruit,pan cakes,müssli, eggs, chees, meat, etc.etc...
After such a breakfest I was hungry at 3. p.m...
Aprés ski: swimming pool, jacuzzi ... in the hotel
We had 1 day with heavy snowing, so we went to a thermal pool in the village BANJA (6 km away), it is a very modern facility, outdoor swimming pool with warm clear ...
