re: Bansko

Just got back from Bansko.

Booked independently so we ( wifey and me ) had to find somewhere to hire equipment and get lessons as not skied for 18 years. Went to Inter Sport, as recommended by rep at hotel, which is really close to Gondola. Booked group lesson for both of us and it turned out we were the only ones there so both of us got individual tuition. BRILLIANT. Also if you book the lessons there is no charge for hiring skis and boots.
