re: Beginners !

You will need some good thick rubber soled boot/ shoes for walking around the resort at night. Other than that wear what you like at night.
On slopes key is layers good breathable base layer then a fleece/ jumper then your jacket.

re: Beginners !

Lisa,

Just got back from there myself, for the day time I would say, pair of sallopettes, jacket, fleece and t-shirts, and a pair of shades,

The streets are very very icey so I would take some walking boots or similar to wear in the evenings, but clothes wise wear whatever you like, I spent most of the week in jeans, t-shirt and just my ski jacket.

One piece of advise though go with an open mind as the resort was a bit of a shock for me.
