For me the best are:

Resturant = Katy's Steak & Wine Bar or The Black Cat

Bar, depends on what you want?
Black tiger = cheep and cheerful with many English having fun, karaoke etc

They're all great, and they're all different so it depends what mood you're in and what you want to eat/drink...
