Best Month/Week to go to Boro?

Hi guys,Trying to book some leave for next year and planning on going back to Boro as we had a great time in Jan. The snow conditions weren't the best although we did manage to ski everyday except one.
Just wondering if anyone can tell me which month/week is usually the best bet for snow and conditions? Know there are no guarantees!

The best time for Boro is in the middle of January. if you go earlier, there still can be no snow, later the snow can be gone.Go for the minimal risk and go in the middle in January.

That's when we went this year 17th-24th Jan but the snow was getting a bit thin on the lower slopes and the gondola wasn't running a couple of the days due to high wind.re: Best Month/Week to go to Boro?
Well Gem,Bulgaria is a little bit risky destination for a ski vacation. You can get a great skiing, but you can get nothing too.
If you want to be on the very safe side, you can go to the Alps ... it's almost 100% sure snow there.

i disagree!we flew out the first week of Jan.
Snowed on arrival and for the next few days.
Had a brilliant time...
Snow was good for the whole week.
Will try and go back again next year.

For the last 3 years we have always gone to Boro very early Jan n the snow has always been Fanbloodytastic!!
1st year we went about 13th Jan n there was plenty.
2nd year we went New Years week n it dumped about 2 foot while we were there,
This year we went 3rd Jan n although we lost a day because of the huge amount of snow, it was worth it as the conditions were pretty damn awsome when we got there.
Also we have had no gondola closures the last 2 times we have been either.
So ...
