Marmacitas used to be excellent for Mexican when Bandana Man was there, not sure who has it now and not many people mention it. Went to Kate's last year was un impressed. Christo at White Magic steaks are to die for if your a red meat eater. Just ask the questions and I am sure you will get updated info, problem is the bars change hands most years so its hit and miss.

We went o Mamacitas over new year, this season. Great food. Kas and Bobby at Bobbys Bar have same chefs as last year, highly recommended too.

Hi Toonarmy, all of the above, for atmosphere you really can't beat Bobbys as most of the ppl you've conversed with will be there at some point through the night too! After there Black Tiger Karaoke bar is great late night, and have recently moved next to the Rila Hotel.
