re: Boadicea Heights

It usually takes several months to go from act 15 to 16 and your schedule allows only 7 weeks, which include the Xmas vacation period. They've given you the date of 15th Dec because more than 3 months late and you could probably claim compensation. You also have to get the snagging list completed and the place furnished so I would give you a less than 5% chance of being in your own apartment. With half term starting on I think the 14th Feb, the place will be rammed. Why not delay a month?

re: Boadicea Heights

Hi Mat

I hear what you say but owing to the fact my wife works in a school, their holidays, are the only ones we can have
( premium rates !!! )

re: Boadicea Heights

Ah well, the long summer holidays make up for it. But I would seriously consider having a back-up plan in case the developer tells you it won't be ready (or if it will be ready but there is no road etc etc)

re: Boadicea Heights

Hi again Mat

What's you're connection with Bansko ? are you a resident or do you own you're own apartment and visit, I'm desperately trying to contact anyone who has a link with Boadicea Heights or Bansko , in general, real information is hard to come by regarding the build progress of our apartment and or the infrastructure.

Thanks in anticipation John

re: Boadicea Heights

I have no real connection to Bansko beyond friends who were property developers - I live in Sofia and have been here 7 years.
