Hi there.Anyone out in Bansko, fancies taking a couple of photo's of Boadicea Heights for us and mailing them on this discussion board.
We have now got to the point with our developers where they don't return emails or telephone calls, and have stopped posting build development photographs.
It makes me wonder if anything is being built
If anyone has the time or inclination please email back and we will give directions

hi therei'm buying with the same company as you as well at there woodlands springs develpoment.
we've got same problems as you. they don't answer any calls or emails and there customer service is awful.
no photos of our development for 6 months. i have major worries with these develpoers. what are your thoughts?

Hi WardieIve been trying to contact them today, I get through to the secretary and that's that, I'm just going to bombard them with calls and or emails to see if my persistence gets a result, as far as being worried about them I think they are understaffed for the work they've got, thus prioritising and pushing us to the end of the Que, the one that doesn't move.
If we all keep in touch, we have a better chance of sorting things out and understanding the situation.

Hi, me again.Still ringing, still emailing, still nothing.
How can people be so ignorant, I've just received photos of Boadicea (taken a week ago) and it looks exactly like the last picture in July, they have 2 months to 1st + 2nd fix 42 apartments, I don't think so, I wouldn't mind so much if someone would contact me with a reason or an excuse for their lack of progress.

Very concerned now about my one bedroomed apartment, no progress, on standstill, had letter re. no progress, and at moment it is not getting built, as no money available, as they have only sold half of the apartments.
We have been in touch with solicitors Mariya and basically she has told us that we will have to wait, and if we pull out at this stage we will receive NO MONIES as BRITANNIA OVERSEAS PROPERTIES ARE BANKRUPTY AND ALL OUR MONIES ARE GONE ...
