The bars is opposite the Flora Hotel in the building from PSS, the Bulgarian mountain rescue, on the road to the Yastrebez hotel...

Thanks Guys - taking ages to get it finished, along with lota of money, but hopefully we will be ready for the start of the season! Just waiting for the snow now and will update you with conditions as soon as it comes!!
