So did you guys and girls get some snow last night? Webcams dont look much different. Snow-forecast.com now saying light snow tonight and snow showers all day tomorrow. Hopefully thats the big dump we've all been waiting for

Hi Guys. We've been in Boro since Wednesday. Skied yesterday from about 11am on Yestrebets. Conditions were quite good. Plenty of snow on 2 and 3, and once the sun had been on the slopes it was fine. Been cold overnight so conditions were very icy this morning but now conditions are again quite good. Had a great night in Bobbys last night, happy days.re: Boro 27th Dec
Hopefully going to be ok for the 5th of Jan as am brining my little brother out for lessons, havent been in Borovets for 5 years, has much changed?Dan

I am currently in borovets and leaving tomorrow, it is not good at all.The gondola is working but no real snow at the top, majority of the slopes are closed due to lack of snow/stones.
The main red runs are like ice for even the most experienced skiers.
Feel sorry for the arrivers tomorrow.
I'm off to book further afield in feb/mar!

Surely they will have snow cannons out? It says on all the weather sites that is is below freezing at night. i seem to remember that the cannons only can't work if it is above 2 degrees. if it is cold at night why aren't they making snow? It's not a good advert for Bulgaria. I have booked a last minute deal but never again!!! I've been to Austria and Andorra when there's been absolutely no real snow, but the pistes have been fine. I am worried sick now that my kids are not going to get to ...

The weather has been very warm and not much better at night (so no cannon)The main drag (where the button lift is is ok to learn from and the button blue is ok but there is massive crowding and I hear it will double tomorrow.
I feel for the skiers who are not beginners and not very advanced (which is me)..
