Boro 6th Jan!!

Hey guys - hope every1 had a great Chrimbo?!
Still no webcam update for boro since 20th
and with only 1cm of snow forecast for friday, are we all relying on the cold temps to keep the tiny bit of snowfall in place? Heading out in 10sleeps time and am getting a tiny bit nervous!!

Thanks b1nuzz! I like your optimism! i think i am becoming snow-obsessed checking the web cams every day etc!!! so excited!
u been2 boro b4? we went March this year, was great, if a bit quiet in the evenings (as so late in the season), hence booking earlier for 2007...

Im heading out on the 6th. remaining hopeful at the moment.

Just hoping next week brings alot of snow. want some fresh powder!!

Hey Jim. i reckon there should be new snow next week - surely January should be almost guaranteed in most resorts!!?

well unfortunately there isnt much snow forecast at all. but thats not to say there wnt be. As i said before, remain ever opyimistic. Dont forget there are runs that the webcams cant see at the top of the mountains as well.

I went to boro about 5 years ago to ski, now im back with the girlfriend to try snowboarding.

We are flying out from bristol in the afternoon, anyine else flying from there?

yeah i reckon at the very worst the top runs will be open via cabin lift..? failing that it'l be cheap drinks and watching footie in the bars!

WE ARE FYING OUT ON THE 13TH JAN ,WE WERE THERE IN MARCH THIS YEAR,HAD A GREAT TIME ,LOOKING AT THE WEBCAMS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE ,BUT FROM WHAT IVE SEEN I WOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT IT,IT WILL BE ALL-WHITE [LITTLE JOKE]..
