re: Boro Webcam Melting Snow

Hi

please dont worry yourselves. There is 100cm of snow now, it wont melt by sunday!! The snow on the roofs melts quickly because of the heat from the kitchens inside. Also the bar owners sometime scrap it off.

I've skiied In Bulgaria for the last 5 years, both Borovets and Pamporovo, so I think I'm qualified to comment, and ultimately to put your minds at ease.

So dont worry, the snow will be fine, and you'll have a great time.

re: Boro Webcam Melting Snow

If you look at the archive webcams for Jan 06 at the same time it shows the same formation of melting snow on the same roofs(except for days when it is snowing), and I was in Borro at that time and there was plenty of snow- I hope everything with the weather for this sat turns out to be a good week as I loved it so much in Jan that I an returning on sat and have persuaded 8 of my freinds to come aswell!!! ( have not stopped raving about how fantastic it is)
