Hi All,Just to let you know it is snowing heavily in Samokov and up in Boro - it is also cold enough that for once it is settling. For those that went back this weekend, really feel for you. For those that have just arrived / arriving although it's not amazing snow, if it carries on like this, you should be fine to at least get some decent skiing in / be able to ski every day. So, finally some good news!! let me know if you have any other questions!

Every 2 hours - blimey...want to have a few beers as first night in the house since the 19th...because there was no skiing, everyone just wanted to party!! Will try our best!!! Have you seen bulgarians dance?? Who needs Indians!!David - did put other posts but yes it has been settling up top and in the resort. Down in Samokov, it has stopped but did settle.

I've been skiing on yastrebets 2+3 today. Conditions have been pretty good. A bit icy towards the bottom but this morning it was pretty lovely powder.Now snowing in town as well and snow cannons working. Rila thermo reading -9.
cannons on yastrebets have been running solidly for 24 hours now.
It's not perfect but it could be a lot worse!
Anyway time for more kamenitsa!
For those that are heading out soon don't worry. Everything that can be done is being done.
