Allthough the piste maps are out of date on here, officially Borovets has more runs but I havn't skied Bansko (yet).

the old map says Borovets has 40km of runs, 18 pistes, 10 lifts
The new map for Bansko says it has 35km of runs, 9 Pistes, and about 12 lifts

we know that the new 4 man is operating but not if Mousalenska Pateka is open.
