I dont think you have to worry about instructors not turning up they are very helpful and friendly in Bulgaria take if from someone who has been going there for the last 12 years and met many of them.regards

Try Chris at White Magic bar opp Gondola. They tell mi he is very good! He even skied at the Olympic's u know!lol

we're just back from borovets last nite - our ski instructor/guide/go for/ get it was Paul Banchev - cant rate this guy highly enough !!!!!Paul will push you to what he thinks you are capable of doing, not what you think you are able to do......
he is fluent in english & an all round brill guy to have as a guide/instructor - his number is +359898866550

Thanks for all your posts and especially to Kate - I have confirmed Stoyo as he was available and able to provide exactly what we were looking for.These private Ski instructors seem to be very professional and I get the impression they are quite a safe bet if you can afford it.

there are a lot more 1-1 instructors available now as the main ski schools have been laying them off due to the lack of numbers, and most of the older ones also come with good humour and know how to treat their customers, some of the younger ones however.......
