re: Borovets hotel recommendations

Hi Rach,

The majority of hotels in Borovets are based within the resort. Victoria, Lion, Bor are all a bit away but all run shuttles to and from.

If you looking at hotels / half-board, then Yanakiev, Fiesta and Alpin are prob the best (but a bit more expensive) Samokov, Moura, Breza, Ela, Rila, Iglika are also all 'ok' and close to everything.

On a self-catering side, again you can look at Iglika or Flora, Royal Plaza, Borovets Gardens, Iceberg all have nice apartments and if you ...

Send me an email if you need any more info.

Pick somewhere within easy distance of Bobbys bar if you are a Rakia drinker otherwise you will not get back to your hotel.

When/if you arrive just follow the crowd, bit like Tesco. Hi Tom if you stand outside the Rila Hotel look up the slope and it's on your left, where it says genuine Bobbies Tomatoe Rakia free to the over 60s.
