Hotel Mura is great basic but clean and all the really pretty good situation friendly staff Thats where I normally stay when I am holidaying and you have the good fortune of being just behind the Happy duck so you can stop in on you way to and from the slopes from a good fry up and a glass of hot wine!!re: Borovets....Top Quality!

Now that I know I'm staying at the Rila in Bovorets - could someone tell me if there are any trips from Boverets to see elsewhere in Bulgaria that are worth doing if the Snow isn't right..? Going on Saturday but even if the snow is right would probably like to see somewhere else as well.. Thanksre: Borovets....Top Quality!
Normally trips to Rila monastry is quite a nice day and trips to either Sofia or Plovdiv is worth doing to see and shop. You can also go to Samakov just down the road and see a bit of real Bulgaria but not much to do therere: Borovets....Top Quality!

yeah i wont complain about the hotel, basic but nice big clean rooms, just dont eat there haha, bar staff were great and ya can buy copied brand new dvd's in the foyer, oh yeah and there is a strip bar downstairs haha, surprised me a bit, happy duck has good brekkie, i will say be careful with the plug sockets in the rooms, i got in just in time to see one of our sockets smoulder and start to burn whoopsie room 107, avoid it !!!!!!!!!. hotel is close to the gondala which in my opinion has ...

i just have to make the point that whoever slags the locals off is an ignorent tosser, pretty much like all the foreign idiots at the chair lift station pushing in, and scratching the hell out of ya brand new snowboard, they locals were chatty, polite spoke perfect english, and were pleasent to be around,
