Considering you are in Bulgaria the Rila is an Excellent hotel, loads of choice for meal times, nice big clean rooms, and excellent bar in the lobby and some nice bar maids too. Only coz I don't yet speak Bulgarian apart from being about to order chicken soup, small beer and a vodak and orange. Still you have to get your prioritize right don't you.
