British Airways Strike - Court Rules Illegal

Hopefully this will teach Unite a lesson!

Strikes are OFFICIALLY OFF!

Flights are now back on and hopefully the outcome will be good news for 1 million travellers.
Not sure what happens about those of you who have re-booked flights elsewhere though?

Does anyone know how quickly unite can reballot the aircrew? Hopefully not before Christmas. Getting rather hopeful that can go now - sorry Pete, but "Can't wait!"

the ballot will take weeks to sort, they have to get the thousands of crew to re-vote over a period of time because they obviously work different shifts, your safe for xmas

They only voted to strike so they could be off over the christmas period. Lets see how many vote for strike action if they have to take it in february or march?
