But that does not answer the question as to why BulgariaSki completely ignore the emails that we send you. No correspondance has been received by me for years from BulgariaSki and in that time I must have sent you at least 30 messages.

I've had dealings with Bulgarians and Russians regarding matters a far more important than a discussion forum, and believe me you are up against a brick wall.
Reality is something they are reluctant to deal with, they've made their minds up that this is the best forum format going and they'll stick with it until their advertisers realise something's wrong and start pulling out.
As for Galina/Galya, (confusing isn't it?), it's not their problem. Cue the blank stare into the far ...

I've had dealings with Bulgarians and Russians regarding matters a far more important than a discussion forum, and believe me you are up against a brick wall.

As for Galina/Galya, (confusing isn't it?), it's not their problem. Cue the blank stare into the far distance and the famous Bulgarian shrug, but to be fair, it's not a Bulgarian monopoly. The Russians are just the same.
It's a legacy of the Communist past when to show initiative was downright dangerous and the State did their thinking for them.
Lovely people all the same, but very frustrating to deal with at a level other than socially.

I never would throw around 250 Mill. people in one basket ! I deal with them in both countries since almost 20 years - and yes - I found some of these people you just described. But I found them as well in London or in my town.
I can't say anything about the particular problem here on this site, but I know for sure very creative, innovative and future orientated and extremly open minded Russians and Bulgarians- similar as in other nationalities.
