In Borovets its the newsagents in the larger hotels that do them. And then your friendly waiter / waitress / instructor can activate / credit top-up them for you as the instructions are all in Bulgarian!re: Bulgarian Sim Cards

Why is every1 getting these sim cards, is it an alternative to walkie talkies to keep in touch over the mountains etc etcALn

Sim cards are about 15 lev each and you get about 1 hr of talk time for that. Its much cheaper than using your own UK mobiles if several of your group get them and use these instead to keep in touch with each other on the slopes, at night etc.Snowtox
