Buying Skis

If i was to buy skis would i be better of buying in England or waiting until i go to borovets, any advice from this excellent forum would be appreciated many thanks

You can get good deals in both the UK or BG but you need to shop around. If you are going to borovets I personally would go and see Christo in the white magic but I am sure other people will be able to give you other good options.Have you got your own boots because it is more important to make sure you have got good boots before you buy skis unless you are getting them both at the same time

cheers for the reply , i have got my boots which i shall take to boro. Also i know Christo (who doesnt the mans a complete nutter) does he do good deals compered to the UK?

Try ebay got pair brand new fischer amc's for £61 including bindings and p & p this was from ski bilek. Try their european site as this was a lot cheaper than uk ebay.
They also adjust your bindings and wax at the same time, you cant hire a pair for £61

bought my skis and boots from Christo, white majic 3yrs ago. Every year I go back he checks them over, excellent guy, and terific host.
giving boro a miss this year going to panorama, canada in Jan.
