Going to Borovets in February and thinking of buying boots. Anyone advise on whether I should buy here or in Borovets and how much would I be looking to pay for an average pair??
Cheers
I don't know Borovets but if someone can tell you that there is a decent ski shop there then I would buy in resort. I bought my current boots in the States when we were in Killington. The shop was excellent and it meant that I could try them out the next day and go back to the shop for any necessary adjustment. As it turned out I didn't need to go back. They are really comfortable and I hope they last a good long time.
lots of shops in boro, and from what i can remember quite a bit cheaper than buying here, saw a beauty of a board last year and really regret not buying it now( think it was £150, you dont get a lot here for that here) any way she got her diamond ring and i went home with memories.
picked up a Burton troop for £170, which is like 50% off! there are plenty of good ski shops out there, There is a really good one just near the Rila (its name escapes me)
I wished I had picked up the Burton boots I saw, Ions foe £90, they are £200 here
Getting off of the subject of skiing (just for a split second), is there good jewellery shops in Bulgaria? We are going to Pampovoro in Feb and I am desperate for a good pair of diamond earrings!
