GOING TO PAMPS WITH 23 MIXED ABILITY SKIERS WE HAVE A SLIM CHANCE OF CHANGING RESORTS BUT MUST ACT WITHIN 5 DAYS. SO MY QUESTION IS BANSKO OR BORO??? HELP HONEST OPINION FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN TO BOTH. THANKS IN ADVANCE.JIM C

been to bansko didn't like it, if your that worried about snow maybee change country where the snow is better as temperature seems to be rising in all three resorts....but who knows especailly this year.re: CHANGING RESORTS

I learnt to ski in boro it was bril going back on the 10th of March don't no about Bansko never beenre: CHANGING RESORTS
bansko is more suted for families, boro seems to attract younger crowds for the night life, sorry i cant help more .re: CHANGING RESORTS
borovets is more picturesque that Bansko and the base is higher so it sits amongst pine tree forest.Bansko is ugly town lower (only900m above the sea no trees there) with a lot of mud around for the moment.If you enjoy seeing cranes and building sites this is the place for you.as for skiing-again Borovets is better positioned you can ski into the main hotels-quicker will walk to your hotel as opposed bus ride from the bottom of gondola to your place .In Bansko you have to take first ...

borovets is the place. . .been to both this year. .. have been to boro many times and it is excellent. . .lots of bars and places to eat. . .great skiing at top of of mountain. . lots of charm in the resort whereas bamsko is a bit boring
